Tan-ok ni Ilocano is a showcase of festival dances from the 21 municipalities and two cities of the province. The Festival of Festivals is a wonderful display of the many local festivals, both old and new, and the gathering of the people of Ilocos Norte on one big stage. This is the biggest attempt to raise the bar in cultural performances in the province, boosting the Ilocano sense of pride, unity, and greatness.
