San Francisco, CebuFestival Date: March 18, 2023 Celebrated on the third Sunday of March in honor of the town’s patron, Saint Joseph, Soli-soli Festival features energetic dance competitions, where participants wear costumes made using ‘soli-soli.’ Soli-soli is a type of grass that grows only on the banks of Lake Danao. Locals use it to make various products, such as mats (locally referred to as ‘banig’), bags, hats, and many more.
