Paete, LagunaFestival Date: January 22, 2023 Paete town Laguna has its own take on the Santo Niño fiesta. Salibanda is a festival inspired by the revered Santo Niño de Cebu. Held every third week of January, the festivity starts with a grand fluvial procession followed by a street parade made even livelier by participants dancing and splashing water on one another, symbolizing baptism.
