Tubod, Lanao del NorteFestival Date: July 03, 2023 Sagayan Festival showcases the ‘sagayan’ war dance recounting Datu Bantugan’s travels in the Darangen epic. The dance ensues during a rescue fight between two kingdoms that eventually ends peacefully. The people of Lanao del Norte regard the dance as a symbol of protection and reconciliation.
