MasbateFestival Date: April 09, 2023 Join cowboys and cowgirls in buzzing rodeo action! This annual Masbate event showcases the Rodeo Capital of the Philippines’ cattle and livestock industry. The festival’s highlight is the Rodeo National Finals, where you can witness professional and amateur rodeo clubs from around the country compete.
