Hungduan, IfugaoFestival Date: August 01, 2023 Celebrate a blessed Ifugao harvest and make merry with the people in Hungduan’s Hapao River during this most spectacular of festivals—Punnuk! A display of living, breathing indigenous tradition, the festival is centered around a tugging event (‘punnuk’) with participants attired in vibrant, red native dress right in the river’s rushing waters.
