Camarines SurFestival Date: September 16, 2023 Peñafrancia is a monthlong religious festival honoring the feast day of Our Lady of Peñafrancia, the patroness of the Bicol region. It begins on the second Friday of September when the image of ‘Ina,’ or Mother, is transferred from her shrine to Naga Cathedral. Parades and a beauty pageant are part of the festivities.
