TanauanFestival Date: August 14, 2023 ‘Pasaka,’ a Waray word that roughly translates to ‘to welcome favorable luck,’ is the foundation of this festival. Pasaka Festival pays homage to the town patroness Our Lady of Assumption. It is also an elaborate act of thanksgiving for the blessings the locals have received.
