Dasmariñas City, CaviteFestival Date: November 26, 2023 Paru-paro Festival celebrates the transformation of what was once a small barrio into what is now the city of Imus in Cavite. The event takes the ‘paru-paro,’ or butterfly, as its symbol, using the insect’s growth as a reflection of the proud city’s own development.
