Pila, LagunaFestival Date: April 05, 2023 The people of Pila prepare lively performances and festivities during the annual Pailah Festival. It is the townspeople’s thanksgiving for the bountiful harvest and the guidance of God. The festival’s name is derived from the town’s many sources of livelihood and blessings, namely ‘palay’ (rice), ‘isda’ (fish), ‘lilok antigo’ (antique carvings), and ‘halaman’ (plants).
