Amadeo, CaviteFestival Date: February 22, 2023 There was a time when the folks of Amadeo would come together to celebrate their harvest with a feast and a giveaway of their last batch of coffee beans. In the spirit of thanksgiving, the ‘pahimis’ or ‘pasasalamat’ (thanksgiving) became a tradition in the town now known as the largest producer of coffee in Cavite.
