If you are traveling by sea, take a ferry to the port of Dipolog. If you are in nearby cities or provinces, you can take a bus or van that routes to Dipolog City. From here, hail a ‘tricycle’ (motorized three-wheeled vehicle) from anywhere in the city and alight at P’gsalabuk Circle or P’gsalabuk Festival Circle (ROTONDA).
