Take a bus heading north, in the direction of Pagadian or Ipil and alight at the Panubigan crossing (P50). Take a motorcycle (P20) to the barangay hall, where you must register. Since only 200 visitors are allowed per day, reservations are required in advance. Go to Barangay Panubigan on the scheduled date and sign up at the city tourism office.
