Sarangani ProvinceFestival Date: November 25, 2023 MunaTo Festival is packed with activities that highlight Sarangani’s diverse cultural traditions. MunaTo is derived from two Blaan words, ‘muna’ and ‘to’, which together mean ‘first people.’ It honors the tri-people community of the Moro, Lumad, and Christian settlers.
