Get DirectionsLagbas Ancestral House, or Dako Balay, is made entirely of hardwood and was built in 1918 by Don Benedicto Lagbas and his wife, Doña Buenaventurada Lagbas. It has been a witness to Sugbongcogon’s history. It was used as a shelter during World War II and as a temporary school for children after the town school was destroyed during the war.
