Piat, CagayanFestival Date: July 01, 2023 Piat town in Cagayan annually observes the Feast Day of Our Lady of Piat, who is also known as Our Lady of the Holy Rosary. The event is highlighted by processions around the Basilica of Our Lady of Piat with the saint’s original image, which has been venerated for more than 400 years. Thousands of visitors from all over the Philippines and around the world join the festivities to the basilica yearly in the saint’s honor.
