Etag Festival in Sagada is all about celebrating pork, with the festivities centering around the salting, curing, and drying of the meat. The Sangguniang Bayan in 2011 enacted the town’s festival identifying ‘etag’ as a way of life of the people and promoting the local products of Sagada.
