It has underwater gardens with live marine growth starting from 10 feet depth. It has underwater fresh water springs located at 20, 40, and 90 feet. Located about 103 kilometers east of Cagayan de Oro City, the resort is located in Medina, Misamis Oriental about 50 meters from the National highway heading before Gingoog City.
