Cabadbaran City, Agusan del NorteFestival Date: January 28, 2024 Institutionalized in 2008, Dagkot Festival encapsulates the cultural tradition of lighting a candle in reverence to the city’s patron saint, Nuestra Señora Candelaria, and of the city government’s expression of thanks for continued guidance and blessings.
