Constructed in 1865, it was designed by the first parish priest of Molo, Anselmo Avanceña, for Don Fernando Avanceña and his wife, Eulalia Abaja. This ancestral house is a fine example of the bahay na bato architectural style, characterized by its large wooden posts and capiz window shutters.
Today, Camiña Balay Nga Bato serves not only as a museum but also offers a unique gastronomic experience where visitors can savor traditional Ilonggo delicacies such as Pancit Molo and hot chocolate made from locally sourced cacao. The house features antique furniture, religious altars, pottery, and textiles. It also includes a heritage shop where visitors can purchase local crafts and products​.
Declared an Important Cultural Property in 2015, the house is managed by the Camiña family, who have preserved its historical and cultural significance for future generations.
