Masinloc, ZambalesFestival Date: November 30, 2023 Held on the same day as the feast day of San Andrés, Masinloc’s patron saint, the Binabayani Festival is Masinloc’s version of the acclaimed Ati-Atihan Festival. The highlight of the festival is the locals’ depiction of the war between Christians and Aetas.
