Located on Cinco de Noviembre Street in Silay City, Negros Occidental, the house was home to Gaston and his twelve children until his death in 1927. The structure, abandoned in the mid-1970s, was restored and converted into a lifestyle museum in 1990 by the Negros Cultural Foundation​.
This “bahay na bato” or “house of stone” showcases the opulent lifestyle of the Negrenses during the late 19th and early 20th centuries, reflecting the wealth brought by the sugar industry. The house features twelve bedrooms, large windows, high ceilings, and a mix of concrete and wood construction, specifically using local hardwood known as balayong​.
