Balangiga, Eastern SamarFestival Date: September 27, 2023 Look back on the history of Balangiga town with the locals during the Balangiga Commemoration. On September 28, 1901, the people of Balangiga, who had been under the control of US Forces, attacked American soldiers at the Municipal Hall and the Convent of St. Lawrence the Martyr Parish.
