Lingayen, PangasinanFestival Date: January 14, 2024 The Bagoong Festival, held every third week of January, celebrates Lingayen’s most prized product. ‘Bagoong’ is a fermented paste made of shrimp, krill, and, especially locally, fish. Travelers joining festivities with the locals are in for a literal treat.
