Located at Brgy. Gupa along the Baler-Casiguran National Roads approximately 8kms away from the Poblacion of Dipaculao. The beach is covered with smooth, mostly round rocks of varied sizes and darker color. Found here is the Otokan Cave said to be used by the residents for weather forecasting. Inside the cave are found bird’s nests believed to be useful as medicine.
