Prepared using local ingredients, it highlights the rich, home-style flavors of Zampen cuisine while offering diners a taste of local culture and hospitality. This homegrown breed traces its roots to the Joloano chicken, carefully refined to bring out the best in quality and performance. Recognizable by its distinct features, males have reddish black plumage while females are black with subtle white specks.
