Nature lovers and people seeking a break from busy city life must visit Silonay Mangrove Conservation and Ecopark. Opening in 2013, the park aims to preserve this precious wetland environment that has seen forest depletion in the past. Immerse in a gorgeous expanse of a variety of mangroves and be calmed by the flow of Silonay River. Kayak through the calm waters, or stroll through the growths and try to get a glimpse of the different species of birds that call the park home. Apart from a diversity of mangrove species, a number of migratory birds, fireflies, bats, crabs, and various fish can be found here.
